What we collect
- your email address
- your business type, if you choose to give it
- when you signed up and when you confirmed
- the referral code of the link you arrived through, if any, and the code for your own share link
- a one-way hash of your IP address, kept with your signup to stop abuse
For security, our server also briefly logs basic technical data: your IP address, browser and the pages you visit.
If you arrive through someone's share link, your browser keeps its referral code for that tab only (session storage, not a cookie) so it can be sent with your signup.
Analytics
We use Umami, a self-hosted tool that sets no cookies. It shows us visit counts, not who you are.

To tell you when Lobbyflap launches and send occasional product news.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information. Only our host and email provider (SilverWulf's Computer Service (self-hosted servers in Louisiana), [EMAIL PROVIDER]) receive it, and only to provide those services. We may disclose it if the law requires.
Retention
Unconfirmed signups are deleted 30 days after we start sending confirmation emails. Otherwise we keep a signup until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address so we never email you again.
Choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see or delete your data, email [CONTACT EMAIL].
Security
We use reasonable safeguards. If a breach affects you, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13.
